Following specialized legal training in International Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI), Céline Pires began her career within a luxury group, followed by positions in both general and specialized Intellectual Property law firms. After many years at a major European firm, she founded her own practice in 2014.
She is member of several professional associations (CNCPI, ACPI, APRAM and INTA), conducts training sessions for the INPI Academy, and is an active participant in international professional networks.
Lawyer (specializing in trademarks and industrial designs)
With a specialized Master’s in Innovation and Intellectual Property law, Kelly began her career in 2020 at an Intellectual Property law firm in Shanghai, China. As head of the firm’s French department, she supported French and international clients with their projects in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
After three years of practical experience, Kelly joined CELPHI in 2023, bringing with her the expertise she acquired in Asia. She is certified in Mandarin and holds degrees in English and German.

Holding a Master (DESS) in Intellectual Property from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, Sylvie began her career at INPI within the examination services, and later in the Opposition Department, where she served as Manager.
She subsequently practiced as an Intellectual Property Attorney in several prominent law firms.
For the past 15 years, she has been a Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at Paris 8 Saint-Denis University. She is a member of professional associations CNCPI and APRAM.
